But many of them are afraid of it and spend the biggest part of the time that intended for writing process to the nerves and other not useful stuff. This can lead to a failure. It is a responsible and serious type of work but if you will follow the main rules and our useful tips you can get the perfect grade and save a bunch of time. Read our article to check the tips and refresh your mind about the general rules and soon you will learn how to write a research paper of the best quality! Let’s start with a definition.A research paper is a kind of an academic assignment that requires conducting quite a deep investigation on a certain topic. Students are usually being asked to investigate some phenomenon, event or issue in order to complete and expand already existing knowledge, verify scientific hypotheses and analyze certain issues that exist in scienc e, nature and social life. This is a popular assignment in various educational institutions.NavigationStep 1: Choose topicStep 2: Do initial researchStep 3: Make an outline Step 4: Write a thesis statementStep 5: Make a DraftStep 6: Find mistakes Step 7: EditStep 8: Do detailed research Step 9: Final writing Step 10: ProofreadStep 1: Choosing a Topic For Research PaperHow to write a research paper and choose the right topic? How to make a good choice? If you have an ability to choose the topic on your own the first thing you need to think about is originality. Think about other students – may be your topic will be way too common, and too many students will select it either. This is an important point for consideration. In fact, if you are striving to make your work distinguished and original try to choose the topic that you are interested in. This will help you make it engaging. It can be something you already know about or something you are good at.If you don’t have any preferences make a brainstorm for ideas;Choose the topic that is closer to you. So, you can understand the literature;Check it for available literature and informational sources. Make sure that is writable.If your topic is too difficult and you don’t have any idea and even brainstorm can’t help you, you always can buy a research paper online, look for ready topics or rewrite some other research papers.Step 2: Conduct a Superficial ResearchIf you have to write a qualitative research – use reliable sources. Choosing well-tried information is obligatory for the successful work. There are a few general types of sources you can use:The simplest way to start your search use research engines;Check some digital encyclopedias and online scholarly database like Encyclopedia Britannica, EBSCO for some information.Don’t forget about the libraries – it is a classical informal source that has a reputation of a salvation place for students of all times!New spapers and magazines can also be useful. Wall street journal and New York Times can be a good place to find a current world information if you need it.Step 3: Make An Outline Of Main Points From Your ResearchHighlight the main ideas and interesting materials that you will use in your future research paper.   Write some information in your notes and try to imagine how your paper will look like.Step 4: Write A Thesis StatementGenerally, the thesis is the same question that the search for answers your work devoted to. What is it? Which hypothesis do you want to confirm or deny? Remember that whole your research work should relate to the thesis, and therefore it is extremely important to define the thesis quite clearly. You need to write your thesis compactly but contain all the main things of your paper.Step 5: Try To Make A Draft Of Your Research PaperAfter you just made everything that we described before – you can finally start trying to write your papers. There is one mor e feature that will make a writing process easier:   If you can’t come up with the introduction – don’t panic. You are not alone there! Writing a memorable intro is one of the biggest issues that people face and often, a student loses too much time to write a perfect introduction and misses out many good ideas because of it. Thus, we recommend you not to get stuck! If you get trapped in the situation like this, the best decision will be to start writing a body of your paper. It would be easier to write your introduction at the end of your writing process. Other way is to pay for research paper writing and dont worry about it. If you don’t have the problems like this, you can write the research paper introduction in the standard way.Writing a research paper introductionIn this part, you need to attract an attention to your work. You can use an interesting statistic, quotes from the famous person, or shocking fact that relate to your topic. For example, y our topic is â€Å"Bad influence of fast-food.   For or against?† – You can use the short fact like: Every day fast-food restaurants of one of the most popular world brand serve 68 million people (this is almost of 1% of the worlds population). Also, they are selling 75 hamburgers every second. An interesting introduction will attract the attention of the reader and therefore, it is an important part so try to write it shortly and originally.Writing a body of your paperIt is obligatory to provide confirmation of all the statements you use – thus, in the course of your investigation, you have to find valid facts that support your ideas.Give short but detailed comments. It would be not good if you express opinions without supporting them with facts and evidence; nevertheless, if you cite facts, but do not explain why and where those came from, they will not sound too convincing. Of course, your desire to give the facts to the readers is clear, but make sure you explained everything with help of comments and references. Long and direct quotes are best not to use. The meaning of your work, even if it is called a research, is to show the world your own thoughts on the topic under study.Writing a conclusion for a research paperIn the Conclusion of the research work, we see consistently stated results, it is determined by their correlation with the common goal and specific tasks formulated in the introduction, and self-evaluation given about the work done. In some cases, you can specify ways to continue researching the topic, as well as specific tasks that have to be addressed in this case. It is one of the most significant parts of your work.Step 6: Ask Someone To Read Your DraftSometimes it’s important to ask someone’s opinion because even the most diligent student can skip some mistakes because he wrote the paper on his/her own. So, if you can’t see any mistakes in the draft – it would be a great decision to give it to someone. A fresh look can help define the mistakes. Thus, give the work to your parents, friends or even both of them. Anyway, they can tell you about your grammatical mistakes and other details that you can’t see, and you can also ask their opinion about the used research paper format, maybe you can make the paper look more organically and originally.Step 7: Edit It According To Problems That Were FoundDefining mistakes is important. However, fixing them is even more important! Thus, if you already checked all the mistakes, it is time to edit them – maybe you can add something while editing (leave it if it looks organically to you). You can also make some notes that will help you to not forget any advice that you got.Step 8: Make A More Detailed StudyThis is needed to complete your work. You can also conduct a deeper study in order to improve the knowledge you already obtained and bring the paper to the new level. You can find new facts or arguments. This will h elp to disclose the topic fully.Step 9: Write Your Perfect Research PaperNow, when you have a polished draft, you can finally start writing your text, following the notes you have made. Here you need to consider the formalization of your papers: font, the distance between lines and fields, and if you have a certain type of writing (APA, MLA, etc.) don’t forget to format it.Step 10: ProofreadThis is the last step. It is better to finish your papers beforehand and leave a couple days for proofreading. It would be great if you will not do this in one day and will check it with the fresh and clear mind – you can see everything you haven’t noticed right after you wrote it. Check everything with all the attention to the details. It’s better to reread it couple times after having some rest, to see all the flaws with a fresh look, and don’t forget about creating a correct research paper title page and checking the overall structure of your document! It is important to ensure you have followed all the given requirements!Step 11: Get Your A+If you made everything from the list – there is no other way except getting an A+! Thus, your goal is achieved.Of course, writing this type of work is a long and tedious process that requires attention to details and decent skills, which is why not everyone can handle it from the first try. However, even if you have come across certain issues in the course of writing, there is a solution that can help you out – you can get a brilliant research paper for sale from a professional writer. This way the success will be achieved easier and faster. Besides, you will rid yourself of the need to do all these steps on your own!

Hedge Fund Bail Outs Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 500 words

Hedge Fund Bail Outs - Essay Example Public money is not being used to help Americans for losing their homes. 2. What is â€Å"Moral Hazard?† How does Moral Hazard relate to this current issue? A Moral Hazard is the theory that when people know that they will be bailed out are less cautious. Moral Hazard relates to this issue because the financial institutions know if they get into major trouble, the government will use public funds to bail them out. The recent Bear Stearns brokered bail out from the Federal Reserve Bank of up to 30 billion dollars of public money in order that JPMorgan Chase may purchase the beleaguered investment bank is an example of Moral Hazard. If an American small business owner or homeowner fails on a loan due to bad business or money management, they lose their collateral. Bear Stearns received 30 billion dollars to make their business more attractive for purchase. That is a Moral Hazard. 3. If one is a â€Å"True Believer† in the market mechanism does one insist on allowing all firms the ability to fail? Yes. If all firms are allowed to fail, the market mechanism is fulfilled. Market mechanism is where buyers and sellers have an open and understood system of value and time trade offs to produce the best distribution of goods and services. Market mechanism assumes perfect competition. If failure is not allowed, than one can not be a â€Å"True Believer† in market mechanism. 4. How does firm â€Å"failure† lead to â€Å"efficiency?† A firm’s failure leads to efficiency through the opposite attitude of Moral Hazard. If a firm’s executives realized that they will not be bailed out if their company goes bankrupt or fails, they would be more cautious. Executives that realize they will not only lose their jobs, but will not receive big severance checks, might think twice about gambling with their company’s future. This would result in firms, financial and others, to operate efficiently as possible. Competition to be efficient would bloom. Instead of

The physical objects Essay Example for Free

The physical objects Essay What is the significance of the physical objects that Ibsen has used in Act-1?Amidst a beautiful rose garden, where the sunrays came beaming down, she was sitting as though she had been totally oblivious to the happening of the world. This is the way a novelist would elucidate such a situation, with the use of apt words and adjectives, using his language skill to express the emotions of the characters but drama involves a completely different approach, an entirely special technique of writing. A dramatist would probably have to delineate the same situation by the physical presence of the beautiful roses, the display of the beaming sunrays and with the actress having to emote the feeling of loneliness. And it is only then, that the audience would understand that in the beautiful rose garden, there is a girl feeling very lonely. In what you would call A Good Drama, the audience is challenged to look not only at the dialogue and actors, but is challenged to examine staging, lighting and even the furniture. Stage directions become cryptic messages of characterization. The dramatists portrayal is well supported by the physical presence of certain objects and the audiences dramatic interpretation goes beyond the traditional analysis of dialogue and relationships. This environmental thinking creates a new dimension of meaning in drama  It is this kind of interaction between the living and non-living characters which allow Henrik Ibsen to reveal emotion and motivation in his play Hedda Gabler. Ibsen gives detailed stage directions about the lighting, the props, and certain objects, to achieve his effects and to supplement his thoughts. Two of the most dramatically significant of these objects are the portrait of Heddas father and the pair of pistols. Each of these emphasizes the dissonant relationship between Hedda and her new environment. Though the portrait of Heddas father in a generals uniform is never directly referred to, it gives us an indication of Heddas military-aristocratic paternal background. The pistols were inherited by Hedda from her father. Her perplexing habit of aiming the pistols at people {Eilert} dramatizes the profound dissonance between herself and her present world, and her frustration with the emptiness of her life. It seems she can conceive of no future for herself other than a life of excruciating boredom. The way in which the portrait and the pistols figure in her world suggests that she is caught up in the repetition of her past rather than engaged in the creation of a future. This is because Hedda, a beautiful young lady was married to Tesman, an indefatigable scholar, both of them having hardly any evident similarities. Although there is no apparent reason for them to have got married one is coaxed into believing by Heddas attitude that Temans world seemed to offer her some sort of security. However she began to feel suffocate in the claustrophobically middle class atmosphere. An early indication of Heddas hostility to the world in which she finds herself is when, on an impulse, she speaks demeaning of a hat, which she knows to be Aunt Julies, {Tesmans aunt} but which she pretends to believe is the maids. That hat was newly and specially bought by Aunt Julie and was even considered attractive by Tesman but Hedda referred to it as old which proves to be a clear indication of the difference in the social classes from which Hedda and Tesman came. The mention by Aunt Julie of her parasol being hers and not the maid Bertas signifies that in spite of the demeaning behaviour of Hedda towards Aunt Julie, the aunt never reciprocated the same way. If Heddas character has been formed in a military-paternal setting, Tesman still lives in an atmosphere of motherly concern, brought up as he has been by a trio of self-sacrificing women Aunt Julie, Aunt Rina and Berta. Tesmans elation over his bedroom slippers, which were embroidered by Aunt Rina, and the fact that he even mentioned about them to Hedda on their honeymoon, is clearly proved by it. Differences between Hedda and Tesman are further indicated by the piano, which was placed in the drawing room. The piano does not fit in the drawing room, just as Hedda doesnt fit into the Tesman family and its middle-class lifestyle. George and Hedda make different assumptions about remedying the problem of the piano. George assumes they will trade it in for a new piano and is startled by Heddas extravagant assumption they will keep it and buy a new one. The entire drawing room itself is indicative of what kind of a mismatch Hedda was to Tesmans family. The room is like Hedda in its sophistication and elegance. It symbolizes Heddas lifestyle, rather than those of the Tesmans. Aunt Julie expressing surprise at Hedda having the covers of the furniture removed further reflects this. This reminds us of the saying that one mans luxury might be anothers necessity. Also the reactions of the characters to the lighting and the position of the glass door are of some significance. While aunt Julie wants the glass door open to welcome the morning fresh air, Hedda refers to it as the flood of sunlight. She however prefers to draw the curtains so that the light becomes softer and does not want the light to go away completely. Light often represents life and aliveness and thus aunt Julies welcoming of the morning light epitomizes her optimistic attitude towards life and her positive thinking. Darkness usually symbolizes danger or vice but Heddas want of soft light and not complete darkness gives us signs of her mysterious past. It shows us that although Hedda was interested in all the mysteries and adventures of life, she preferred to keep a sufficient distance from all those things, which would disturb or disrupt her lifes stability. In this way Ibsen uses the glass door to indicate their varying attitudes towards life. Heddas emptiness of life is further illustrated by her distastefulness towards the flowers and her finding the flowers somewhat stifling. Flowers usually are a mark of happiness and hope and often symbolize a new freshness of life. But Heddas views about the flowers are somewhat opposite.  Thus Ibsen has skillfully used various physical objects to reflect essential characteristics of the relations between the characters and to personify his characters. His detailed stage direction reminds us of what, owner of Prithvi theatre, Mumbai had said, Stage direction is an integral part of every drama. Without the props appropriately placed on stage, the play, however brilliant it may be, appears like a body without a soul, a tear without an emotion and love without a heart.

Monster.Com vs JobSluth.com :: Essays Papers

Monster.Com vs JobSluth.com There is a lot of online recruitment services available that help organizations obtain qualified applicants. I have viewed many of these in the past and the two that seem to be the most user friendly are http://monster.com and http://jobsluth.com. They are large and seem to have the largest postings of jobs. They are similar but have many differences that may make deciding which one to go to very clear. I feel that monster.com is the most convenient of the two which will be evident in the information provided. There are four advantages to monster.com that I feel are the most important characteristic of this service. The first is the convenience of sending your resume through the Internet both by using monster.com resume builder but also by using a word document file. Jobsluth only allows for you to use word documents to send your resume over the Internet. I feel the search agent is the second thing that makes these convenient. The search agents are the same except for the e-mail that is sent to retrieve the data. The e-mail that Jobsluth sends out does not have a link directly to the information the search agent retrieved and monster.com does. The third area that is important is the number of employers in the area looking at applicants on the site. That data is unknown but when a search using the same criteria was done on each site for Oklahoma the job posting’s on monster.com had twice the postings than jobsluth.com. I see no disadvantages to using monster.com verses using jobsluth. As an employer there is several things to look at when choosing a site. The things I could think of are cost and availability to the site and the amount of employees that are registered at the site. The cost and availability are not available information but given that the monster.com site is more convenient and easily accessible to the potential employees and allows more people to post there resume by using a resume builder it would seem to be the best choice. The last thing to cover is the pros and cons of the virtual rà ©sumà ©Ã¢â‚¬â„¢s. This seems to be a mute point in my opinion. The purpose of the resume is to obtain information for consideration of one person over another for a position.

Emotional Intelligence And Employees Performances In Malaysia Education Essay

This research relates to emotional intelligence of the employees in commercial Bankss in Malaysia. Employees need emotional intelligence in working environment. It is of import for the commercial Bankss to maintain their employees working to their full potency. An employee must hold emotional intelligence in order to be able to understand and manage his ain and other people ‘s emotions, actuate oneself and command irresistible impulse, and efficaciously pull off interpersonal relationships in the working environment ( Goleman, 1998 ) . Daniel Goleman, the adult male most associated with popularising Emotional Intelligence, defines Emotional Intelligence harmonizing to five features. In his article â€Å" What Makes a Leader? † ( Harvard Business Review, Nov.-Dec. 1998 ) , he presents a chart that describes Emotional Intelligence as: Self-awareness, Self-regulation, Self-motivation, Empathy and Social-skill. Every one of us has different personalities, wants and demands, and ways of demoing our emotions. We need to manage them good if we wish to win in life. This is where emotional intelligence becomes of import. We use emotional intelligence to analyse our emotions, understand what they are stating us, and recognize how they will impact others. Besides that, motional intelligence besides involves our perceptual experience of people around us: when we understand how they feel, this allows us to pull off relationships more efficaciously. Peoples will be able to win in most things they do if they possess high emotional intelligence in them. Why? Because they are what others need in this society. When an electronic mail is sent by people with high emotional intelligence, it will be able to acquire answered rapidly. They will be able to acquire helps whenever and wherever they need it as people who have high emotional intelligence tend to do others experience good and their lives are much more restful than people who get upset easy.1.2 BACKGROUND OF THE STUDYIn the commercial Bankss, employees ‘ emotional intelligence has become an of import factor to the success of today ‘s banking organisations in Malaysia. The success of any organisations in banking sectors has become dependent upon the effectivity of its direction, coupled with the effectivity of direction to maintain employees ‘ emotional intelligence at high degree and heighten their public presentations. Corporate leaders are one entity that giv es surety to concern success, and the work force is another entity that assists concerns. Harmonizing to Steward ( 2009 ) , she indicated that directors in banking sectors should to maintain the employees ‘ emotional intelligence at high degrees in organisations as that can guarantee that the undertakings are completed in a timely manner to advance profitableness and satisfy stockholder involvements. A successful bank is really dependent on the direction and leading accomplishments of the effectual director and his or her apprehension of importance of emotional intelligence, as they apply to generationally diverse subsidiaries ( Steward, 2009 ) . Employees ‘ emotional intelligence is really of import as it link to the success of a company. Harmonizing to Kim ( 2004 ) , in her survey she examined the importance of how Bankss depend on their employees for the ultimate success. Emotional intelligence influences productiveness ( Kim, 2004 ) . A banking organisation need to understand what maintain employees ‘ emotional intelligence at high degrees in order for them to make peak public presentation. It is non an easy undertaking to maintain employees ‘ emotional intelligence at high degrees because employees respond in different ways to their occupations and their organisation ‘s patterns. Emotional intelligence is able to travel a individual toward a end. Harmonizing to Goleman ( 1997 ) , the research in emotional intelligence gives us new penetrations into human behaviour which frequently seem self-contradictory. For illustration, the research indicates that IQ histories for 4 per centum to 25 per centum of a individual ‘s success. The staying 96 per centum to 75 per centum depends on a individual ‘s ability to comprehend, place and pull off emotion. Bettering this ability provides the footing for the sorts of societal and emotional competences that are indispensable for success in any occupation or disputing undertaking in life. This disclosure is about flooring to corporate America, which puts such high value on graduate school and other formal instruction that focuses on the cognitive facets of intelligence ( Laurens & A ; Budinich, 2006 ) . Frontline bank people, for illustration, face composite and demanding issues such as: fierce competition, presenting client service, gross revenues public presentation, conformity and a host of others. Developing the needed emotional competences, such as common trust, regard, empathy and cultivating interpersonal accomplishments to manage these issues is of import. Equally of import is the ability to efficaciously supervise their ain and others ‘ feelings and emotions, know aparting among them and utilizing that information to steer their thought and action. Laurens et Al. ( 2006 ) indicated in their survey that emotional competences and emotional intelligence are non taught in colleges and universities and do n't come of course to most companies who are submerged in analytical thought.The Domains of Emotional Intelligence ( Goleman, 1998 )Daniel Goleman ‘s five features of emotional intelligence theoretical account are shown above. The term emotional intelligence is link ed with the constructs of self-awareness, self-regulation, motive, empathy, and societal accomplishments. Self-awareness is the ability to acknowledge and understand personal tempers and emotions. Self-regulation is the ability to command or airt riotous urges and tempers and the leaning to suspend judgement and believe before moving. Motivation is a passion to work for grounds that go beyond money and position. Empathy is the ability to understand the emotional make up of other people, a accomplishment that may be used in handling people harmonizing to their emotional reactions. Social accomplishments frequently guarantee proficiency in pull offing relationships and edifice webs and heighten an ability to happen common land and construct resonance with others. These footings are defined by Goleman in his book, Working with Emotional Intelligence ( 1998 ) .PROBLEM STATEMENTA job many commercial Bankss have today is that they ne'er put and treat emotional intelligence as an of import accomplishment in their working environment. Due to retention jobs, commercial Bankss have been invariably accruing the cost of turn outing developing for new employees. There are plentifulness of human resources sections do non understand how emotional intelligence is. Harmonizing to Fleming ( 2000 ) , emotional intelligence of many employees or the occupation appliers of Bankss are non realized of how to be assessed by directors. There are many people that non holding any cognition or the different traits create the term emotional intelligence. Harmonizing to Miller ( 1999 ) , self awareness, self-regulation, motive, empathy and societal accomplishments are the constituents of Emotional Quotient and qualities of an all-rounded individual. Therefore, Bankss can happen people who largely likely would suit good in their working environment if they recruit professionals to assist them in mensurating the emotional intelligence of the occupation appliers. Besides that, it has been hard to acquire top direction to hold that they need to implement new recruiting tools in their employee hunts. Peoples might believe that it is excessively illogic for top direction to concentrate on the bottom line, but emotional intelligence is progressively being considered as a cherished people skill that defines the top-performers from mean employees ( Beagrie, 2004 ) . In order for employees to be successful in the commercial Bankss, direction staffs must larn and understand they need to look beyond a sketch. In add-on, there is more fluctuation in emotional intelligence than there is in Intelligence Quotient among the top direction people and the professionals. There is a really large difference between those at the high and low terminals of the emotional intelligence graduated table, and being at the top has major competitory advantage. Therefore, accomplishments related to emotional intelligence affair even more for success in workplace ( Goleman, 1998 ) . Normally employees who perform good and outshine in commercial Bankss are those who normally possess high emotional intelligence. However, it does non intend that a individual is the smartest or the finest in the commercial bank but it means that they are able to supply their best accomplishments to the remainder of the commercial bank and at the same clip understanding what else they need to work on. Harmonizing to Goleman ( 1998 ) , employees who perform good have bounds on their abilities excessively, but they know how to better them by working with person else that has strength that they do non hold as they are cognizant of their bounds.JUSTIFICATION OF STUDYHarmonizing to Goleman ( 1998 ) and Bar-On ( 2002 ) , emotional intelligence comprises of self-awareness, self-regulation, motive, empathy, societal accomplishments, adaptability and stress direction. These are the accomplishments that are of import to a success of a individual in an organisation. In add-on, harmonizing to Smewing ( 2004 ) , emotional intelligence is non a journey with a clear way, non one that should be embarked upon lightly. Emotional intelligence is a accomplishment which we can larn and better. It does non vouch that a individual will hold learned the emotional competences that affair for work if he or she possesses high emotional intelligence. It means merely that they have outstanding potency to larn them ( Goleman, 1998 ) . Therefore, organisations must supply preparation and development of emotional intelligence earnestly for it to be effectual. Besides that, direction demands to cognize how of import emotional intelligence accomplishments are as they can be developed and so convey benefit to their organisation. Management have been unwillingly seting money for developing employees on emotional intelligence because it takes a long clip for them to hold any consequences. While an organisation is seeking to enroll new employees with high emotional intelligence, it is of import for them to develop those current employees excessively as the whole civilization of a workplace could be shaped. Harmonizing to Laabs ( 1999 ) , he indicated that emotional competencies development needs old wonts of idea, feeling and action that are profoundly ingrained to be unlearned and new 1s to be learned by scholars. This requires motive, attempt, clip, aid and permanent pattern.RESEARCH QUESTIONSIn conformity with the intent of the survey, and based on the job statement, the undermentioned inquiries have been formulated: Is there any relationship between emotional intelligence affects employees ‘ public presentations in commercial Bankss in Malaysia? Too many fantastic alumnuss are overlooked because their classs were non converting but they were involved in a figure of excess school activities that besides took up some of their survey clip to assist profit their school environment. It is of import to observe that the current manner that many organisations hire their employees is flawed and needs betterment. Enrolling for employees with high degrees of emotional intelligence should go an recognized pattern in commercial Bankss because making so would assist in the development of new leading within those commercial Bankss.
